  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package your items securely with all original materials
  5. Ship to our return address in Winnipeg
  6. Refund Process

    Once we receive and inspect your return:

    • You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return
    • Our team will inspect the items for eligibility
    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Include photos of the damaged items or packaging
    • We will arrange replacement or refund at our expense
