Returns Policy
Return Period
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Eligible Items
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped by Aroma Mood Canada
- Are in their original, unopened condition
- Show no signs of use or tampering
- Include the original packaging and documentation
- Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened essential oils or aromatherapy products
- Personal care items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at ask@aromamoodcanada.com to initiate your return
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package your items securely with all original materials
- Ship to our return address in Winnipeg
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return
- Our team will inspect the items for eligibility
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Shipping Costs
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged items or packaging
- We will arrange replacement or refund at our expense
